At KICE Foundation, we appreciate the profoundly positive impacts that mentorship Programs have on young people in terms of shaping their behaviors, perspectives, skills and lifestyle choices.
We held our first mentorship camp for academic year 2024 between 25th – 27th April. The camp provided us an opportunity to reflect on the academic performance of our students in the first term and set informed goals for the upcoming term. The program also comprised activities aimed at enhancing our students’ self esteem and self-confidence to enable them form strong and productive relationships with their parents/guardians, teachers and contemporaries.
The program culminated in the issuance of term two school fee cheques our patron Kimani Ichung’wah and board chair Mr. Moses Chege. Our current cohort of 98 students received a cumulative total of Ksh2,035,000. This ensures that financial constraints do not hinder their educational journey, filling us all with hope and optimism for their future. We remain committed to empowering our youth, regardless of their backgrounds, to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to society.
